Din iulie 1884, Togo a fost protectorat german sub numele de Togoland. Din august 1914, Togo a intrat sub controlul for\u021belor anglo-franceze p\u00e2n\u0103 la 20 iulie 1922, c\u00e2nd partea britanic\u0103 a fost atribuit\u0103 <a href=\"http:\/\/worldclock.com\/africa\/ghana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ghanei<\/a>.
