All EU countries change their clocks at the same moment: forward at 01:00 UTC on the last Sunday in March and back at 01:00 UTC on the last Sunday in October. The European Parliament voted in 2019 to end seasonal clock changes, but member states have not agreed how to do it, so the changes continue.
