About Prague

Prague is the capital of the Czech Republic, famous for its medieval old town, Charles Bridge and Prague Castle overlooking the Vltava river. It is one of Central Europe's most visited cities and an important base for business, technology and regional company offices.

The city keeps Central European Time, UTC+1, and moves to Central European Summer Time, UTC+2, in summer. It shares its clock with Berlin, Vienna, Paris and most of continental Europe, and is one hour ahead of London all year. Offices usually work Monday to Friday, and the working day tends to start fairly early.
